Its been a while since I have updated. A lot has happened. Hurricanes, displacement, illness, and life in between. I am going to try my best to keep up with posting.  But in the meantime I did give some self portrait-ing a try and here is what I came up with:

Rainy + Boredom = A little chip board scrap book.

It was a yucky day here today and I didn't have much to do... so i got a little crafty and made a little chip board scrapbook/art journal thingy...

The picture i used is one i took from a moving vehicle while traveling upstate... it was a lucky shot... its one of my favorites!

March Classroom Door

Since St. Patrick's Day is in March I decorated my classroom door accordingly. There are only so many options for this holiday and in the past I have always tried to do something different... this year I decided to go with Winnie the Pooh...

Here is a close up of Pooh Bears face... all I used to make him was some construction paper!


I found these glittery shamrocks at party city to make it a little more festive.

Classroom Doors...

Each month I change my classroom door and decorate it according to a holiday that takes place in that month or for the season... Since Valentines day is this month I have decided to share the door that I made to celebrate.


This is probably one of my favorites that I have done so far!


I bought these blank valentines cards from Michaels craft store...inside I used stamps to send a little "note" to each child for valentines day!

crafting...

I recently got a Cricut Expression for christmas! I have to say it is one of my favorite gifts. You have so many options and there are so many different things you can do with it. I want to start making things right away, but I dont even know where to begin! Do any of you have one and if so what is your favorite thing to make?
