This past weekend I made my favorite pasta salad. Its perfect for summer time, or anytime really. Its always a hit and there is never any left overs. I thought I would share it with you guys so you can use it at your next BBQ or get together.
Ingredients
1 box tri color pasta
1 bottle Wishbone zesty Italian dressing
red, yellow, & orange peppers diced.
1/2 red onion diced
cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 container of mozzarella pearls
Cook pasta according to instructions, strain and rinse with cold water. Combine pasta and all ingredients together and refrigerate.
serve & enjoy!
